The flanked loggias on each side of the high frontages or “Menzeh” are in full cedar and are coloured like almonds, white bougainvillaea creepers embrace the building. These privileged points of view transport our guests in an omnipresent and palpable nature. On one side of the property the landscape extends above the row gardens and the summit of the palm trees present in abundance; and the other side overlooks the vast panoramic horizon of olive trees lining the Mohammed VI Avenue and the first snow covered tips of the Atlas Mountains. The breathtaking scenery and landscapes instil the feeling of freedom and peace.

The windows masked by interior shutters bathe the rooms with sun light yet making the rooms cosy and intimate. The desire to remain and embrace the surroundings is intensified as you look out of your own secret haven. Poplins, of a delicate quasi translucent smoothness, reveal their colours while letting show through the surroundings… Antique cushions, linens and drapes of heavily embroidered silk add to the ambiance of the rooms. One has the impression of walking in to the fable of Aladdin with the antique and detailed furniture and fittings. Walls painted with warm colours and bejewelled furniture enchants one and all.

Immaculate drapes on the terraces filter the light in while bringing in pleasing freshness. Carved, painted and studded trunks are laid out in each room on freshly waxed Beimat floors. The presence of the zelliges tiles is inherent in the design of Moroccan culture and is used on the interior and external grounds. The fountains and streams of the property are lined with the best mosaic work and are uniquely designed by the most expert craftsmen of Morocco. The bathrooms are equipped with equipped with antique and exclusive fittings making them a piece of art as well. Heavy metal work, embroidered drapes, comfortable settees, abundant cushions, warm colours and perfect lighting give a majestic and luxurious touch to the property.
